Information on names and land development taxes
Names or mutations:
When the ownership of the land changes due to legally recognized process, the process by which the new owners have changed the ownership of the changed land quantity, stake number etc.
The records were fixed by reflection in the Khatiyan, which is called namazari, land division, land consolidation, dismissal.
Applicants along with their respective Alaikal Upazila Assistant Commissioners (Land) have to go to Namjari / Mutations.
What documents are required to register?
01 copy of passport size verified photograph;
Photocopy / certificate copy of # SA Khatian;
# Photocopy / Certificate Copy of RS Khatiyan / Field Survey Form;
# Photocopy of dismissed Khatian (if applicable);
# Warish Certificate (issued within maximum three months);
# Photocopy / certificate copy of original document;
# Photocopy / certificate copy of the Bye / Pete document;
# Filing for land development tax filing (must be filed);
Fourteenth penny design (specified if applicable);
# Photocopy / Certificate copy of court order / decree / decree if applicable;
No DISCLAIMER will be provided without # DCR.
In what process does the new owner's registration be performed?
# Apply along with the Assistant Commissioner (Land) in the prescribed form;
# Submitting required court fees and other fees with the application form;
# To collect the case number and when the case will be settled at the time of submission of the application form;
# The tehsil office accepts investigation of the case documents and prepares the rejection proposal;
#Special Settlement Officers' documents are sent and acknowledged;
# Schedule for hearing and giving notice to the applicant / But no proposal for approval but concerned
Notice is given to all parties
# In the case of the Assistant Commissioner (Land), a hearing is taken and a verdict is announced or the date of the declaration of judgment is given.
# The verdict of the case is recorded in the registry of names;
# Copy of the judgment sent to the Union Land Office to amend the records;
# Copy of the records of the Upazila Land Office or correction of the Khatiyan and copies of the settlement office are sent;
# Upazila Land Office cases or documents of the case filed are maintained for up to 12 years;

Note. It is to be noted here that the application fee can be submitted by way of court fee of Tk. Upon mutation, a copy of an account is provided from the office, called a mutation or dismissal form. It is completely illegal and illegal to pay any money other than the above mentioned costs.

How many days of naming / mutation is performed?
According to the Citizens Charter, the nomination shall be made within three (forty-five) working days if any of the issues relating to ownership
If there is no dispute and the required document is submitted with the application.

Land Development Tax / Rent:
Generally, the name of the land is to be paid to the person or institution for land development tax. The area where the land is located
Land development tax is to be paid at the Union Land Office (tehsil office).
Development of land on agricultural land:
From 0.01 to 8.25 acres |
Up to 25 bighas, the rent of agricultural land is waived, but for ownership ownership, the Khaitan has to be paid Tk. |

Why pay the land development tax on time?
The land development tax has to be paid every year. Against the landowner (under the PDR Act) if he does not pay land development tax for two years.
The certificate will be the case. If you do not pay the land development tax in this case, you will lose the right to land. If the land development tax is pending, the land is auctioned.
Who can complain if you do not get the information / service?
In case of harassment for obtaining information / services at Union Land Office and Assistant Commissioner Land Office, the Assistant Commissioner (Land) shall inform / complain in writing.
